Designed to bring out the bright grain flavours in Irish Whiskey, The Declaration was created by Ezra Star at Drink in Boston. The cocktail adds Dry Vermouth to stretch out the Whiskey and Lemon Juice to give the drink more life.
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixer glass and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Orange twist
The name refers to the Declaration written in the 5th century by St. Patrick.
