The Cheshire Cat is certainly a cocktail that will put a big grin on your face. A twist on the classic Vieux Carre Cocktail, this substitutes Scotch for Rye Whiskey and Cherry Heering for Sweet Vermouth and it’s all balanced with a nice dose of Punt E Mez.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into an ice filled glass
