Suze has often been associated with artists, so it’s no surprise then that Maggie Eckl at Dead Rabbit named this drink, The Artist’s Muse when she created it in 2016. Bittersweet and fruity, this cocktail has Pisco, Suze, Crème de Pêche, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Egg White.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back onto the shaker. Then dry shake and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
