Created by Griffin Cox at Lot Six in Halifax, the Swiss Account mixes Vodka, Suze, Benedictine and Grapefruit Bitters in an acknowledgement of Suze’s roots in Switzerland before it was brought across the border by Fernand Moureaux in 1885.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Suze
  • 0.338 oz. 10ml Benedictine
  • 2 dash 2 dash Grapefruit Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and strain into a chilled glass
