If you are after a fruity classic, then you can’t go past the dry tartiness of a Sloe Gin Fizz. With Sloe Gin, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup, then top with Champagne, if you want to be fancy or Soda Water if you don’t.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Sloe Gin
1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
barspoon barspoon Simple Syrup
4 oz. 120ml Champagne

Shake Sloe Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup, then top with either Champagne or Soda Water
