Whether you drink this as a citrusy Whisky aperitif or as a refreshing Scotch and Port wine nightcap, the Rosemary Tuck is definitely a winner. With Scotch, Tawny Port, Orange Juice, Sugar Syrup and Orange Bitters, this is a wonderfully warming balanced drink.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Scotch, blended
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Port, Tawny
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Orange Juice
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled glass
