With the Pompier cocktails as his entry, it’s easy to say that children’s author, essayist, and Pulitzer Prize winner E. B. White is still the authority on The Elements of Style. This refreshing, low-alcohol highball with Vermouth, Créme de Cassis and Soda Water, will clear the proverbial cobwebs and put a little spritz in your step.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 1 oz. 30ml Créme de Cassis
  • 2 oz. 60ml Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vermouth and crème de cassis. Top with club soda.
