For an Absinthe tipple that contains serious magic, you can’t go past the Necromancer. The Absinthe & Lillet Blanc are brightened up by St Germain and a dash of Gin. A riff on the even more classic Corpse Reviver, this cocktail casts a spell of its own on all who drink it.
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a coupe glass.
