Although fruit cups are traditionally made with Pimms (which is really a Gin based, herbal aperitif), they can also be made simply with just Gin and Vermouth. The Melbourne Fruit Cup as a combinations of Gin, Vermouth, Ginger Ale & Lemonade for the perfect summer sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 1 oz. 30ml Gin
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Ginger Ale
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Lemonade
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Combine Vermouth & Gin in an ice filled Collins Glass and then gently pour in Ginger Ale and Lemonade.
