The Japanese Maple is the perfect sour cocktail to start the night right. Simply add a little Lemon Juice, to the Japanese Whisky and balance everything out with Maple Syrup and Egg White, for a perfect, tasty libation.
Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients, then shake again with ice and fine strained into a chilled glass.
