Drunk Uncle may not be your favourite person but it should be your favourite cocktail. This spirituous cocktail has a savory, smoky flavour that mixes the peaty taste of Scotch and the vegetal yet bittersweet taste of Cynar, then balances them out with a little Bianco Vermouth.
Add Scotch, Cynar, and Vermouth to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
