Created by St Germain global ambassador, Camille Ralph, the Cyn Cyn is a lighter, more delicate riff on the Negroni. The combination of Cynar, and St Germain is harmonised beautifully with the Dry Vermouth to really bring out the floral elements.
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass. Stir and then stir into a chilled Coupe glass.
